The building, in its height, is divided into nine storeys and at its base includes a lovely flat and a garage.
The flat is currently used as a B&B and there is the possibility of expanding it.Torre Scacciaricci is the tallest of the several towers in the San Pellegrino district. It stands along Via San Pellegrino in the heart of the medieval quarter.
