In the district of San Pellegrino, Europe's largest Medieval Village, an imposing 13th-century tower, known as the "Scacciaricci Tower", towers over the characteristic portico of the district's main square, the Palazzo degli Alessandri and the Church of San Pellegrino.

The building, in its height, is divided into nine storeys and at its base includes a lovely flat and a garage.
The flat is currently used as a B&B and there is the possibility of expanding it.

Torre Scacciaricci is the tallest of the several towers in the San Pellegrino district. It stands along Via San Pellegrino in the heart of the medieval quarter.
Its location is set against a continuous succession of ancient houses, with arches, balconies, stairways and towers, which raise their mighty peaks to the sky and take us back in time with our imagination.
